In the face of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, World of Tango Mini Fest will not take place as planned on September 17–19.

“We want to guarantee a safe festival for both the audience and the artists. Because of the corona virus situation in Tampere and the current constraints, it is not possible to organize our festival. We are planning a concert event for later this year, and inform about it as soon as possible. We hope that in 2022 it is possible to organize the festival as an international event, as planned”, festival director Simón Riestra says.

In 2022, the 14th World of Tango Festival takes place September 16-18.
